Important dates:
- august 2nd : registaration is open. Warning: the maximum number of participant is limited.
- october 10 : early registration deadline (after this deadline registration fees are higher).
- october 10 (deadline pre-enregistration required): after this deadline pre-enregistration is closed (no later registrations allowed).
- november 1st (late registration): registrations are not guaranteed after nov 1st .
- 10-15 december : Journées de Géométrie Algorithmique.
Registration fees
Early registration (before october 10):
- CNRS: registration is free (double or single room according to availability – please provide your UMR and agent number CNRS using the web form below)
- Students : 320 Euros (double room only – please provide a copy of your student card using the web form below)
- Academic : 470 Euros (double or single room according to availability)
Late registration (after october 10 and before november 1st):
- CNRS: no registration
- Students : 350 Euros
- Academic : 500 Euros
Registration fees include: the participation to the meeting, as well as full board accomodation in single or double rooms (from arrival on Sunday 10 for dinner to departure on Friday 15 after lunch - no extension allowed). Registration fees do not cover transportation costs.
Financial support
Limited amount of travel support for students is available.
In order to apply, send an email (jga2017@sciencesconf.org) with subject 'JGA 2017 Travel Support' with:
- A curriculum vitae
- A brief statement describing your research interests
- The estimated cost of travel expenses (train, ...)
Registration procedure:
- Step 1 (before october 10) : you must perform a pre-registration on the platform Azur Colloque (please click on the JGA2017 link on this web page). Important: choose the category "académique tarif normal (Reg -470)".
- Step 2 : after receiving confirmation of your pre-registration, please follow the provided link and proceed with your payment.
- Step 3 : for the sake of organization, you are asked to fill another web form (independent from Azur Colloque). Please fill the following webform available here.
Important: before completing the registration phase on the platform Azur Colloque, please verify the correctness of your billing address. You will be asked to provide this data during the registration process (this data cannot be updated later).
Annulation:
Once the payment of registration is performed the cancellation is not allowed and registration fees cannot be refunded.
